This was a surprise birthday cake for my friend’s daughter. She is 17 and really wanted a Barbie cake because she’d never had one before! It’s been awhile since I’ve made a cake and I didn’t realize how much I was missing decorating. So I’m happy to be back at it and had tons of fun with this one!!
