After much deliberation, I’ve decided to start a blog about my business. So far I have mostly been involved in Wedding cakes but I have started branching out to other specialty cakes and am excited to expand onto yummy desserts! More info on that to come!
My dream is to one day own a shop of my own or have a seperate “office” in my house, but for now I am happy and grateful to have the cooperation and graciousness of the Wight House Reception Center. There I have been alowed to do all of my decorating and preparing. I have loved working there and appreciate the business it has brought me. I love working with brides and helping them create a cake for their special day! I especially love those brides who bring me a challenge or something crazy, new and different! I look forward to every cake I get to make and can’t wait to get my hands in frosting and powdered sugar. I can’t say that my waist size is too pleased with all this cake constantly surrounding me but that’s not going to stop me!
